Account Manager & Strategist

We're looking for an organised, proactive Account Manager & Strategist with agency experience to manage and optimise online advertising campaigns. The role spans both strategy and execution, owning results and making sure the goals set with clients are met.

What you'll do

Oversee the projects you run and make sure the team completes tasks correctly.
Approve the tasks produced by designers.
Communicate internally with the team on Slack.
Manage client communication over email and WhatsApp, 11:00–17:00, Mon–Fri.
Create video reports for performance updates.
Monitor and report results internally.
Ensure the strategy agreed with the client is implemented correctly.
Review and analyse Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
Build and optimise media-buying strategies and give relevant feedback.
Occasionally set up Google Ads, Google Merchant, TikTok Ads and Facebook Ads accounts and Facebook pages for new clients.
Manage a team made up of a media buyer, an email marketing specialist and a designer.
Develop content strategies for clients, including video ad scripts.
Design and review internal procedures every quarter.

Who you are

Minimum 2 years in a marketing agency environment, with B2C / B2B clients.
Experience managing budgets over ~$55K / month.
Solid knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and Google Merchant.
Knowledge of content marketing.
English at a minimum B2 level.
Excellent organisation, analysis and strategic thinking.
Able to work autonomously and proactively, keeping clear communication with clients and team.
Required: you have a PFA / SRL (Romanian self-employment).

Pay: ~$1,700 / month (base) + monthly performance bonus + quarterly retention bonus.
