What you'll do

Create and edit video for ads (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, email marketing).
Work in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, Sony Vegas Pro, etc.).
Edit promotional visual materials.
Research and source the right footage and assets.
Collaborate with the rest of the team (copywriters, marketing) throughout each project.

Who you are

Fluent English speaker.
Experience as a video editor, with ecommerce references.
A sharp eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Familiar with design software and tools (e.g. CapCut or Premiere Pro).
Organised, able to hit deadlines and handle a high volume of work.
Available to work European business hours, Monday to Friday.
Experience with project-management tools (e.g. ClickUp) is a plus.
Optional: P.F.A. / S.R.L. / I.I. (Romanian self-employment).

What we offer

Pay: $12 / hour, depending on experience.
Part-time contract: 20–25 hours / week, flexible schedule.
Initial 3-month trial period, based on fit and performance.
Fully remote, work from home.
Collaboration contract, NOT an employment contract.
